A study released Thursday\u00a0by New York-based healthcare research institute Commonwealth Fund ranked Texas second from the bottom in an assessment of women&#8217;s health and reproductive care in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.\u00a0Only \u00a0Mississippi ranked lower.
