Among other things, federal authorities accused Christopher Richardson, 37, of using made-up names for the treasurer and designated agent of a super PAC \u2014 a type of political fundraising organization \u2014 he established in 2020 called\u00a0Americans for Progressive Action USA (AFPA). Richardson&#8217;s attorney, Jarrett L.
