Much of that came down to the\u00a0co-owner\u00a0Erik Ureta, who racked up experience brewing for San Antonio-based Alamo Beer Co. and Second Pitch Beer Co. During our visit Monday, Ureta himself\u00a0was manning the bar, serving up $12 flights and advice to home brewers bellied up to taste his wares.
