San Antonio State Rep. Ray Lopez won’t seek a fifth term in the Texas Legislature next year, the Texas Tribune reports. The 75-year-old Democratic lawmaker won his first election to represent House District 125 in 2019 after serving four terms on San Antonio City Council. The district, which includes portions of West and Northwest San Antonio is considered solidly blue.
