Despite the sweltering temperatures outside Olmos Park’s recently opened Pashina Pastry, owner Olena Ramanko continues to run its blazing ovens. Her stoic demeanor makes her appear impervious to the heat as she portions out freshly kneaded dough, prepping for the next day.
