Early Career
Elicio a seasoned veteran of the advertising and the media industry. His experience includes hosting EL Tejano Dance party, Tejano Music Awards television, hosting, and various other events and turnkey marketing campaigns across Texas. His most valuable experience is in the sales arena where he has developed sales and marketing campaigns for both local and national clients including HEB, Miller Coors, Anheuer Busch, Ford, General Motors and various other companies throughout the United States.

EL Tejano Dance Party airs in San Antonio on KLMO Monday-Friday 6a-10a and is the signature program of KLMO. Soon to be the #1 Morning Show including fans internationally.
Coming in 2023 will be an expansion of the show into Corpus Christi on sister station Magic 104.9 FM and possibly other Texas markets.
“We are Tejano at the core, but play a lot, lot more” is what host Elicio Leal says. “Plus we’re #1 in Facebook views each morning.” Each week we take one of the hottest local nightclub DJ’s and put them on our morning show where they mix “back to back and beat to beat” catering to the Tejano lifestyle. The mix includes cumbias, conjunto, country, hip-hop, freestyle, and anything else the San Antonio and South Texas Tejano community likes to dance to.
Community
His ties to the community go back to his childhood where he volunteered for various hispanic driven cause marketing campaigns with emphasis on education. As Elicio matured, his passion for the hispanic community also grew and he has received support from many local and civic business leaders. Elicio is an “idea man”, there is nothing he can’t figure out and nothing he won’t do for his customer.
